Adam Radly - Founder
The Radly Center was founded by Adam Radly. Adam Radly was raised in Melbourne, Australia where he lived until 2002, then relocated to Los Angeles, California. Over this period, Adam Radly has established several businesses in Australia and the US and is currently the CEO of Inova Technology.
The purpose behind the establishment and development of Adam Radly's business interests is to create wealth for shareholders and to allocate almost all of his portion of this wealth to the work of the Radly Center.
This concept of the Radly Center was conceived by Adam Radly when he was in his early twenties after asking himself a very important question: "What can I do with my life that will have the largest positive impact on the world?"
This question raises concepts of limited time and maximum positive impact and are at the core of Adam Radly's approach to life - and became the philosophical platform of the Radly Center.
Adam Radly was one of the organizers and co founders of World Reconciliation Day ("WRD 2000") held in Melbourne in September 2000. Adam Radly collaborated with a local teacher and two high school students to invite Mr. Nelson Mandela to attend WRD in Melbourne, Australia. Mr. Mandela agreed to address a group of community leaders in a conference about reconciliation and thousands of people who would attend a rock concert. During the event Adam Radly presented US$1 million to Nelson Mandela for the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund.
Although a small part of WRD involved the exploration and discussion of issues relating to reconciliation between native Australians and new settlers, the spirit of WRD was expanded to include reconciliation between all people with points of difference.
